FOSTV Challenge 8 - 2012 - Use Three Punches

Wow I am pooped after last weeks blog hop. I hope everyone enjoyed themselves and the creations everyone had. This week with Friends of SpeedyTV we are challenging you to make a card using at least 3 punches. Now I know we all love our dies so die cuts will count. Be sure to stop by SpeedyTV to check out the rest of the design teams creations.

This week I am showcasing another awesome technique from Technique Junkies. The technique is called "Layered Masking". This is a really fun technique and it looks amazing. I highly recommend subscribing if you don't already. Anyway back to my card. I stamped my background stamp onto my glossy white cardstock with Stazon Black ink. Then I followed the instructions using my Really Rust, More Mustard and Summer Sun ink pads to create the background. Then I stamped my images onto the background I just colored with stazon black. I chose to use Adirondack Mini stamp set from Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Co. I then used my Martha Stewart corner punch and punched out the corners. Then I added yellow flower punches with brads before I mounted my scene to a green cardstock and then to the base of my card which is Late Afternoon Sun from Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Co.  You must stop by the store and see all the wonderful paper, embellishments and stamp sets they have to offer.

On the inside of my card I stamped my image and sentiment with Basic Black ink. I hope you enjoyed my card. Thanks for stopping and commenting. I hope to see you again soon. We would love to see you participate in the challenge, so stop by SpeedyTV and check it out. Have a blessed day.

Thanks
