Spring Joy

Well today is day three of our February Hop, we hope you are enjoying it so far. Today is our third stamp set for the month called "Blessing". All of our February stamp sets are available for sale in the store among alot of other great stamp sets and other tools. Make sure to stop by and check out the great deals.

We made it to day three, we hope you are enjoying the beautiful creations the design team had for you so far. Today we are showcasing "Blessings", which is a fun and beautiful set. For my card I am using a new technique called simple swipes which is located on the Stampin Companion CD from Technique Junkies . This was an easy technique and it turned out so pretty. I colored three different colors from my watercolor pencils onto the white cardstock and then used my aqua painter to blend. Then I stamped my image onto White cardstock as well, then colored with my watercolor pencils. Once this was done I cut the image out and mounted it to my white background paper with pop dots. Then I stamped my sentiment onto the white cardstock with basic black ink. (Don't look too close I messed up the top sentiment and made it backwards). I then mounted my white cardstock to the Pink Passion cardstock that I chose for the base of my card. I finished off my card with Cream Pearl Pen dots from Viva Pearl Pens. On the inside of my card I kept it really simple and only stamped a simple sentiment in black ink. I hope you enjoyed my card. Thanks for stopping and commenting, hope to see you again real soon. Be sure to stop by all the other blogs and show them some love as well. See you tomorrow for the final day of the hop and another great stamp set.

Thanks
I am also submitting this card to the new Classy Cards 'N Such challenge
