WOW! What an AWESOME day yesterday was. I am so impressed with the design teams creations. Welcome to day two of Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Co. December Blog Hop. Today we are showcasing two new stamp sets; Pussy Willow and Ice & Snow.

           

These are some really fun sets and so versatile. My first project is using Ice & Snow. I incorporated this project with Split Coast Stampers Try a New Technique challenge from this Monday. I took a plain brown paper bag with handles and I stamped the snowflake image in two different inks; Brilliance Moonlight White and  Sky Blue. I then stamped my images onto two different die cut and put glitter on my icicles and my tree image. I then took blue chalk and dusted the sky on the tree image. I then mounted it to my bag. I also mounted my sentiment to one side of the bag on a different die cut. Then I took blue and white felt ribbon and wrapped the handles. I finished off the bag with some snowflake brads and a handmade paper bow. I hope you like my bag.

Now for my second card I used Pussy Willow. I also incorporated the color challenge from SCS today. I am using Deep Olivem Cherry Slush, Tan, Cream and DP for this card. This is a new Zig Zag card that I tried from Technique Junkies Fancy Folds and Motion Paper Crafts from their 2010 CD. I stamped my image and sentiments with Bravo Burgundy ink.
