Happy Monday Fellow Stampers,
Hope you enjoyed our blog hop last week showcasing our January
release stamp sets. This weeks challenge is to make a Birthday Card. Now
everyone has a birthday so we should all be in need of these types of
cards. I chose Birthday card this week because yesterday was my
birthday. I wish I could say it was a good one, but none the less it is
always good to have birthday cards on hand. Let's see what the team has
in store for us this week.
This week I made my card using deep olive cardstock for the base of my card (one of my favorite colors) and white and lavendar (another one of my favorite colors) for my layers. I stamped my image onto my white cardstock and then colored with my Copic Markers. I stamped my sentiment with Lavender Lace ink. I added sheer purple lace with gold trim to the outside of my card and finished it off with clear gems. On the inside of my card I stamped my image and sentiment with Lavender Lace ink and added the clear gems to the corners of the inside of the card. I hope you enjoyed my card. Thanks for stopping and commenting, I hope to see you again soon. Make sure to stop by SpeedyTV and join the fun. Have a blessed day.
Thanks
