Sugar and Spice

Hello Everyone and Happy Friday,

Today for my first post I am doing a new card that is on the new Technique Junkies 3D CD Fancy Folds. This week they have been having a joint blog hop to display some of the new techniques on the CD. If you comment on their posts you have a chance to win daily prizes. Not only can you win daily prizes you have the opportunity to play along with them using one of the new techniques called the Double Easel Card.

For this card I am using one of my favorite designers images. Marlooney from Disguised as a Grown Up has some of the most funny and great digital images I have ever seen. I am using her new Cute Christmas kid image. I colored her using Copic Markers. Once my image was colored I mounted it to my DP and then to my card. I thought what a great sentiment to go with it would be Sugar and Spice. I did this sentiment myself and then mounted it to my DP as well. I chose purple cardstock for the base of my card along with two different designer papers for layering. To finish off my card with snowflake brads. I hope you enjoyed my card.
