Friends of SpeedyTV Challenge 23 - Buttons & Bows

Happy Monday,

Welcome to a new, fun and exciting new challenge with Friends of SpeedyTV.  This weeks challenge is to create a card using buttons and bows. Pretty fun and easy challenge this week. Surprisingly our challenge is very similar to the Speedy Fox Challenge this week. No we did not plan it that way it just worked out that way.

For my card this week since I missed last week because of being sick I thought I would step it up a little bit. I created my card using two different techniques from Technique Junkies. The first one is one I have used before called "Vellum Sentiments" and the second one is from the newest newsletter called "Dotty Edges". Both fun and easy, but very effective. I am using the stamp set we are offering to one lucky winner this week:

"Daffodil Greetings"

I colored my image with Copic Markers and then finished off my card with ribbon and buttons. I hope enjoyed my card this week. Sorry I missed you all last week. Thanks for stopping by and commenting, hope to see you again soon.

Now it is your turn to show us the buttons and bows card you created for us.  You can use any stamp set that you would like, but if you use a Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Co stamp set your name will be entered twice. Can't wait to see all the fabulous creations.
You have until 11:59 pm on Sunday June 10th to submit your cards. Good Luck everyone.

Thanks

Very pretty Debbie! I love the sentiment stamped on vellum over the image. I really like how vellum also mutes a colored image too.

Very pretty, Deb...wonderful use of the vellum. Your base looks like it could be an eggplant color, which I love.

Your sentiment on the vellum and the dots around your die cut to frame your gorgeous daffodils make for one stellar card! Awesome blog you have!
