Mark’s Finest Papers

Welcome to day 3 of the blog hop. Today we are showcasing Covered Bridges. I absolutely love this set. When I saw it I knew I had to have it. This is a great set for those Christmas or Autumn cards.

For my card I chose to use a Cranberry cardstock for the base of my card. Hobby Lobby was having a great sale on paper this past week so I found some AWESOME designer paper. I mounted a leave ribbon that I found to my designer paper and then mounted it to the base of my card. For my image and sentiment I thought I would bring and oldie but a goodie technique. I heat embossed my image and sentiment onto a cream colored cardstock with a copper embossing powder. I mounted my image and sentiment onto layered cranberry and mustard cardstock and then mounted it to my card using pop dots. I finished off the card with some AWESOME Autumn gems. On the inside of my card I stamped in cranberry ink on cream colored paper my sentiment.

Thanks for stopping and commenting. Make sure to stop back at the Mark's Finest Papers blog and comment there in order to be entered to win the featured stamp set. Please come back tomorrow for the final day of the hop and see another AWESOME set. Have a blessed day!

Thanks
Debbie
